From the standpoint of quality, price, and customer service, we could not be happier with our experience with Geotrek. From the very beginning, Grant and Mark were incredibly responsive to our concerns and questions and very patient in explaining the way the various systems work. After a few trips we discovered a couple of tweaks that we wanted and they were more than happy to do them and did them in a very timely manner. These guys are building a really great brand. We love our Geotrek and highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about how great my experience with Geotrek has been! From the first contact, everyone I've worked with—Trevor, Grant, Mark, and Becca—has been super friendly, helpful, and incredibly patient. I’ve been researching builders for a while, and the Geotrek team took the time to answer all my questions (there were a lot!) without ever making me feel rushed. Their attention to detail, creative solutions, and paitence, has made it clear we made the right choice.

I had the pleasure of having not one, but two Sprinter van camper conversions done by Geotrek Vans, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Mark and Grant were exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process, showing a deep care for their customers. Their innovative and creative approach to van conversions is truly impressive.

Absolutely the best team to work with! Mark and Grant and everyone else at Geotrek were so hospitable and attentive to my requests and needs in design. I got my van back in January and waited to write a review, mainly because I wanted to see what it's like living off-grid long term, and I can't say enough positive things about this experience. Even after I rolled off their lot with my vehicle, Mark has been extremely helpful and supportive when I've needed it (what to do with a sudden battery discharge, or the water tank opening because I bumped a switch by accident LOL). Just the other day, he picked up the phone after business hours to help me trouble shoot something. Aside from their outstanding customer service, the quality and design of the van is above the rest - especially when it comes to pricing and sourcing the van. Geotrek absolutely nailed my van conversion. Having gone through the process with them from across the country, they were extremely helpful in securing a cargo van for the conversion, and talked me through all the options available as additions to their standard package.

They were very responsive every step of the way, and even helped us troubleshoot a couple of things over the weekend on our drive home after picking up the van.

And the conversion itself? Amazing for the price! Seriously, even just the standard package, the quality of the components they provide is incredible. The van feels luxurious to stay in, with an amazing fridge, induction stovetop, nice sink, and plenty of fresh water, it really is an awesome home away from home. All for a really reasonable price - honestly not much more than I would have spent doing it myself, but far nicer and with way less headache.

My husband and I had a great experience working with the Geotrek team in a truly collaborative fashion to design the best build for our needs. We looked at the work of several other builders before touring Geotrek’s facility. We were immediately impressed with Geotrek’s high quality execution, professionalism, knowledge, passion, and excellent communication skills. The ability to listen and turn ideas into credible design solutions at a reasonable price point, plus their quality control processes sealed the deal for us. Our build turned out even better than we imagined! Mark and Grant were able to suggest solutions and thoughtful touches that have optimized space and power systems, and provided a vanlife experience well above that of our last build. I am a complete newbie to camper vans, and I spent many hours researching options before moving ahead. I didn't want to spend a fortune or wait forever, and what I learned quickly is that most companies in this space have very long lead times, and their builds are very expensive.

Geotrek is different in many ways, all of them good.

For starters, Geotrek has a standard build. As a result there are limited options, but the (massive) upside for customers is that Geotrek can keep its pricing lower than other builders. I found their build to be at least $5-10k cheaper than any of their competitors. I think it looks great, and it has all of the options and features I needed, so it was perfect for me. I've only had the van for a couple of days, but I've already put 300 miles on it, and I couldn't be happier so far.

Another place Geotrek excels is in customer service. I reached out to several companies when I was first contemplating buying a van, and Geotrek was the only one that replied in a timely manner. Grant was wonderful during the entire process. He never tried to upsell me, and he gave me his honest opinion about what I needed and what would be overkill. He even did a video call with me so that I could see the van I was considering buying. I had all kinds of questions along the way, and Grant answered them all, never making me feel like a pest or dummy.

Related to customer service is how easy the entire process is with Geotrek. As a dealer, they can source the van, do the conversion, and take care of all of the paperwork. This made it so much easier for me, because I didn't have a van and needed Geotrek to find one for me. Dealing with a single company, and a single contact (Grant) through the entire process was really helpful and made me feel like I was valued. Geotrek is truly a one-stop shop.

The pick-up experience was wonderful, too. Mark offered to go for a test drive with me, because I had never driven a van that big before. (Spoiler: The Sprinter is a piece of cake to drive!) I appreciated that Mark took the time not only to explain the features of the van to me, but also to make sure I was comfortable driving it. After I left, Mark reached out to check in and make sure I had his contact info in case I have any questions or problems.

I can't say enough great things about Mark, Grant, and their team at GeoTrek. When we initially made contact with GeoTrek, Grant helped us through the design and took the time to fully understand the scope of what my girlfriend and I wanted out of our van – and GeoTrek executed flawlessly on that vision. We've had our van for almost a year now and Mark/Grant still respond when we need help and are incredibly quick with remediation. I stopped by their shop yesterday and their builds are only getting better-and-better – a true testament to their commitment of providing the best possible van build, at optimal cost.

If we get another van, I can say with absolute certainty that we'll be working with GeoTrek again.
