About Geotrek: Colorado Camper Van Builders with Purpose

At Geotrek, we build camper vans for real life on the road: muddy boots, cold mornings, and backroads that turn into stories. We get it. Our team lives the van life, chasing dirt trails and learning what works (and what really doesn’t).

Good People. Wild Places. Damn Good Vans.

Before the models. Before the brand.

There was just a van, a dirt road, and a few people who cared about building something that actually worked.

Geotrek didn’t start in a boardroom. It started on the road, with real miles, real gear, and real lessons that still shape everything we build today.

We believe adventures should feel good—not cramped, clunky, or compromised. So we build vans that take you farther, last longer, and actually feel like home.

This isn’t about selling you a fantasy. It’s about helping you live yours.

Our Story

Geotrek was born on the road, not in a boardroom.
What started as a DIY camper build and a long trip through America’s national parks exposed a problem hiding in plain sight: most campervans were either wildly overpriced or poorly built, and rarely designed for people who actually use them. The industry felt bloated, inefficient, and disconnected from its customers.

We built Geotrek to do it differently.
From day one, we chose a direct-to-consumer model, cutting out the traditional dealership layer to keep pricing honest and relationships direct. By refining a focused product lineup, listening relentlessly to customer feedback, and engineering a repeatable manufacturing process, we’ve scaled efficiently without compromising quality. The result: premium vans built to last, at an accessible price point.

Community isn’t a marketing line – it’s the business model.
Geotrek customers don’t just buy a van; they help shape what we build next. We prioritize open communication, owner meetups, and long-term relationships because our best ideas come from the people using our vans in the real world. Growth is guided by the community, not trends.

We believe in never being satisfied.
While we’re proud of what we build, we’re never done improving it. Geotrek exists to push the RV and overlanding space forward through smarter design, better systems, and a refusal to accept “good enough.” We’re here to open new lifestyles, set a higher standard, and keep moving.

Our Promise

How we got here

Our Values and Mission

Adventure for all

We believe that everyone deserves the chance to roam freely, whether it’s short weekend escapes or month-long journeys.

Empowerment Through Design

We don’t just build vans—we empower people to travel, offering transparency and guidance so you feel confident from design to delivery.

Responsible Craftsmanship

We source durable, sustainable materials wherever possible, minimize waste, and aim to operate with integrity—toward community and environment alike.

The Best Part of Geotrek - Our Crew

We come from different places — design shops, engineering labs, backcountry trails, dirty garages — but what we share is simple: we care about building something that lasts.
We’re not a giant factory or a faceless brand. We’re a small, tight crew of conversion van builders in Boulder who actually use the stuff we build. We debate battery systems. We get excited about ceiling panels. We test things until they break, then make them better.
Some of us are builders. Some are planners. All of us are doers.
