After 500+ vans, two proven models, and countless conversations with travelers pushing the limits of what’s possible off-grid, we saw an opening. A gap between what exists and what should exist.
So we built it.
One prototype. A lot of late nights. And the realization that we weren’t just designing another layout. We were defining a new category.
Verus is our answer to a question the camper van market hasn’t been asking: What if you could stay out longer without sacrificing comfort? What if off-grid didn’t mean rationing water or worrying about power? What if a van could actually keep up with how you want to travel?
It’s not another Class B van. It’s not a luxury motorhome. It’s the first vehicle in what we’re calling off-grid touring.

Why Verus Exists
The Class B+ space has been missing something important: the ability to live comfortably and independently without compromising on space, power, or usability.
Most vans are optimized for short trips. Most motorhomes are optimized for hookups. Verus was created for the travelers who want neither: people who want to live well beyond the campground line, not just sleep there.
We built Verus because staying off-grid shouldn’t mean sacrificing comfort. It shouldn’t mean choosing between a real shower or real water capacity, between working remotely or keeping your batteries alive, between open interior space or usable storage.
Verus exists because we wanted a premium touring vehicle we could not find anywhere else. Something with real interior flow, real living space, reliable systems, and the confidence to settle in the places that matter.
It’s not a bigger Flatiron. It’s not a traditional motorhome. It’s a new class of premium off-grid touring vehicle built around how people actually live when they’re out there.
What Makes Verus Different
Verus creates its own category in off-grid travel. Built on the extended Sprinter 170 chassis, it offers the additional space needed for true off-grid independence, with systems and design completely reimagined for extended remote living.
Real Off-Grid Range

At the heart of Verus is a 10 kWh EcoFlow power system paired with 1000 watts of solar. That’s not a typo. We’re talking about some of the most robust off-grid capability available in this class.
What does that actually mean? 3-5 days of autonomous operation with full climate control (Dometic FreshJet 48V AC and Espar diesel heating), kitchen appliances, Starlink connectivity, and lighting. No generator. No shore power. No compromises.
Water That Lets You Actually LiveΒ
Most vans in this class have 20-25 gallons of fresh water. Verus has 43 gallons, plus 16 gallons of grey water capacity with a dedicated shower tank.
Why does that matter? You can take real showers. Do dishes normally. Live the way you actually want to live, just in places most people can’t reach.
The spa-style indoor shower is fully enclosed with privacy, warmth, and actual water pressure. The kind of comfort that makes extended stays feel sustainable instead of like endurance mode.
A Space That Actually Works

Walk into most vans and you’ll see clever compromises. Seating that converts into beds. Tables that fold seventeen different ways. Storage that requires Tetris-level packing skills.
Verus takes a different approach: design around how you actually live.
That starts with a dedicated sleep studio. No reconfiguring. No putting cushions back every morning. Just a queen mattress and the kind of nighttime comfort you’d expect in a much larger coach.
The living area features expansive windows, clear sightlines, and natural flow. Whether you’re cooking, working, or just stretching out with the doors open to the view, the space feels effortless.
The kitchen is built for real meals, not camp food. Full countertop space. Large fridge. Air-fryer microwave. Induction cooking. Storage that actually works when you’re in motion.
And the workspace? Pull up the Lagun table, link your Starlink, and you’ve got the best “office window” anywhere you choose to park. You don’t have to choose between stepping away and staying connected.
Built to Go Where Others Can’t

Verus rides on adventure-ready Reika Super Single wheels with BFGoodrich 295/70R17 all-terrain tires. That means better ground clearance, better traction, and the confidence to explore roads that make you forget the map for a while.
This isn’t about rock crawling or extreme off-roading. It’s about reaching the trailhead at the end of the dirt road. The overlook that requires a few miles of washboard. The campsite that doesn’t show up on apps.
The kinds of places where you want to stay for days, not hours.
Intentional by Design

What makes Verus special isn’t any single feature. It’s the intention behind every detail.
Bamboo cabinetry with soft-close hardware. Thoughtful lighting that adapts to how you use the space. A layout shaped around movement, comfort, and long-term reliability.
“We spent countless hours refining the systems and shaping the layout around how you actually move through the space,” said Mark Woodard, Co-Founder. “Every detail serves a purpose. The result is honest design that just worksβ
Every material choice, every dimension, every system was tested against real use. The result is a van that feels natural and considered the moment you step inside.
Who Verus Is For

We’re not building this for everyone. Verus is for a specific kind of traveler.
You want to reach remote locations and stay there, not just pass through. You value genuine independence paired with refined comfort. You want a van that’s as beautifully designed as it is capable, with premium systems, thoughtful finishes, and the kind of craftsmanship that makes every mile feel effortless.
You’re the person who checks solar input and water levels the way other people check their phone. Who knows the difference between 12V and 48V climate control. Who understands that real freedom comes from capability, not square footage.
“We’re targeting travelers who want to reach remote locations, stay for extended periods, and maintain genuine comfort and connectivity while doing it,” said Grant McCrabb, Co-Founder. “If that’s you, we want you to be part of bringing Verus to life.”
What’s Next
Verus has undergone extensive validation testing through the scenarios we know our customers will actually face: cold mornings, hot afternoons, long stretches between hookups, rough roads, real life.
Production slots are open. If you’re ready to redefine what off-grid travel means for you, let’s talk.
We’ve refined the systems. Tested the layout. Made sure every detail works the way it should. Now it’s your turn to take it where it’s meant to go.
