Van 586 (Apr 2026 delivery): From the first website visit, to initial cold call to discuss more, through 6 months and 6k miles in our rig, we found Geotrek to be everything one would expect from an adventure rig company, and more! It truly was a seamless and unique experience to work with Geotrek for selecting, spec'ing, and receiving our first adventure rig. 5 ⭐️ for the company experience. Now on the product itself - we really appreciated the simplicity and high quality equipment and materials selection that Geotrek offers over the competition. They really have put countless hours into refining what works best, and I really do think they nailed it. For anything that is still in the optimization phase, they are more than willing and determined to make it right even after driving off the lot. Opting for the Flatiron with a few mods on top (namely the indoor shower) - we found every system to have worked perfectly and as expected.  We have been in most weather conditions except for deep snow, but full expect the heater and insulation to hold up in the high sierras without issue. 5 ⭐️  for the product! We have had our Geotrek Flatiron Summit for about two months, and it has already made getting outside so much easier. The design is simple, intuitive, and easy to use. We picked it up from the shop 100% ready for adventure, but the design still leaves plenty of room for customization. We have used it for weekend trips, concert festivals, and bike rides when having a comfortable place to rest, and a shower after a long ride or hike, makes all the difference! It is ready to go with very little planning or packing, just throw some food in the fridge, fill up the water tank, and go! The build quality, full-van warranty, and eagerness for feedback were major reasons we chose Geotrek. Their willingness to stand behind their product shows how much confidence they have in what they are building. They even showed us changes they have made based on customer feedback when we first visited the shop - they really listen! The community is another thing that sets Geotrek apart. The Twin Lakes meetup felt like adult summer camp, in the best way possible! We met a diverse group of people who share our love of the outdoors, and we are connecting with other owners for our own meetups and adventures. The customer success team is very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in feedback from customers. The Geotrek team feels like “one of us.” If you love the outdoors and want a van that makes spontaneous adventures easy, a Geotrek Van is an incredible tool. We Absolutely Love Our Geotrek Convoy! From the very beginning, our experience with Geotrek has been exceptional. The entire team was incredibly helpful throughout the process, offering guidance, answering our questions, and working with us to make sure our Geotrek Convoy was exactly what we wanted. After taking delivery at Geotrek's headquarters in Colorado, we had a wonderful trip home to Texas and could not have been happier with the way the Convoy handled and performed. Since then, we've continued to enjoy traveling in it and can honestly say---we absolutely love this van! One of the things we didn't expect is how much attention the Convoy gets. Whether we're stopping for fuel, eating at a restaurant, visiting a park, or just traveling, people regularly come up to tell us how great the van looks and ask questions about it. We enjoy every one of those conversations and are happy to point them toward Geotrek and the great people behind these vans. As much as we love the van itself, the people at Geotrek made the experience even better. Sheryl and I truly appreciate everyone who helped us along the way. My Experience of purchasing a Sprinter Camper Van.from Geotrec  in Boulder Colorado was the best buying experience of a vehicle that I have ever had. I had investigated many different conversions businesses but as soon as I was greeted at the door, I knew this time was going to be fun. All of the people at Geotrec that I met were the most knowledgeable and helpful folks that I’ve ever encountered when making a purchase of that magnitude. They are very customer oriented and friendly as all of these folks loved the job they had. What impressed me most was the time they took to make sure that every aspect of my choices were understood by myself and they made me feel as though I was a part of a very special group. The customer”s satisfaction is what they strive for the most. In doing so they make me feel as though I was talking to someone who sincerely cared that they were doing everything so that I felt comfortable, and I felt that any question I had was either understood , and that at any time I was free to contact them directly and ask whatever I had questions about. That feeling has carried on throughout the purchase, during trips that I was on after the sale, which , to me was irrefutable proof that they are as they seem they are: professional, personable and most of all they are honestly most interested in your satisfaction. I’ve had my van for 6 months and they have been the most loyal and honest folks that I’ve ever had the chance to do business with. My Van is the most trustworthy, best designed and everything that I was told  has been exactly the case in what they were telling me. I’m very happy that I am a customer of Geotrec. I wish all companies were so very good and had the integrity that I find every instance I get to see them all. They love what they do. We've had our Geotrek for over a year and it has brought us more happiness than we could have imagined! My husband and I are avid outdoorists and spent years adventuring out of our built out Tacoma. When we moved to the PNW and got flexible remote jobs, we realized we wanted to make the most of this chapter and invest in a rig that would allow us to work from the road and  keep doing the things we love all year long. We went to an RV dealership to get a feel for what was out there, looked into used options, and ultimately found Geotrek which is when we realized we didn't have to sacrifice quality or aesthetic to make it financially viable for us. Because they are a dealership and a builder wrapped in one, we could figure out a financing plan that worked for us, bypass the build time by buying one of their awesome pre-built set ups, and get straight to logging miles and making memories in our new home on wheels. The systems are perfectly minimalist and effective (which means less that can go wrong) and everything is not only quality but beautiful. Plus you can't beat their all-star team and the customer service. They go above and beyond for their customer experience and it shines through in the community that has come together around their vans! Nearly six months after we purchased our Geotrek van, the customer care team continues to check in regularly and see how the van is performing as well as sharing news and information about planned community events! Geotrek is awesome - their build quality may not be as modular or luxurious as some competitors, but they are far and away the best value you'll find anywhere.  The people are responsive and pleasant to work with, and were impressively patient with our many (sometimes repetitive) questions and changes of direction.  Geotrek's service department has also been great - always responding timely to the few nits and nats that have arisen post-delivery.
