Initial response within two business days, diagnosis within five business days, repair authorization and scheduling within five business days after diagnosis
Transferable
Transfers once to a subsequent owner within the original term, subject to a transfer form, a $250 administration fee, and a possible inspection

Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, misuse or accident damage, environmental damage, aftermarket modifications, and components carrying their own manufacturer warranties such as A/C units, refrigerators, heaters, house batteries, solar panels, and items outside of their original manufacturer's warranty period.
