Mark pushes Geotrek with a relentless focus on continuous improvement across the entire business. From refining products and processes to challenging assumptions and raising the bar, he’s driven by the belief that great things are built through constant iteration. His attention to detail and long-term thinking shape how Geotrek evolves.

Fun fact:
Before vans, Mark flipped everything from fish tanks on Craigslist to landscaping businesses. Now he channels that same “build and improve” energy into making every Geotrek better than the last.

Grant McCrabb

Co-Founder

Grant drives Geotrek’s growth by confronting the hardest challenges head-on and building what the future of adventure demands. With a background in Outdoor Media and a sharp instinct for leadership, he’s known for pushing boundaries while earning deep trust from customers.
His focus is simple: evolve constantly, improve relentlessly, and never stand still. What motivates him is the same force that defines Geotrek — the belief that everything is in motion, and those who embrace change are rewarded with better paths forward.

Grant thrives on travel, tough physical challenges, and unconventional adventures that pull him far outside the ordinary.

Megan is the engine behind Geotrek’s customer experience—driven, detail‑obsessed, and always thinking about how to make your visit better than the last. With 20+ years in sales, marketing, and finance, she turns data into decisions that keep Geotrek sharp, helpful, and ahead of the industry.

Fun fact: Outside of work, she is a passionate Colorado hockey mom.  If you stop by the shop, she’s exactly the kind of person you’ll want to meet: warm, curious, and genuinely invested in helping you get the most out of your next adventure.

Becca

Sales Advisor

Becca is the voice that makes choosing a Geotrek van feel easy. With a background in equipment sales and four years at another van builder, she knows how to turn complex decisions into confidence. Clients count on her communication style — warm, clear, and always solution-focused.

Fun fact:
Becca describes herself as a “warm hug in human form.” When she’s not guiding clients, you’ll find her trail running — the same kind of terrain Geotrek vans are built to reach.

Trevor

Sales Advisor

Trevor works on the sales team, helping customers find the Geotrek that actually fits their life. With a background at a Mercedes dealership, he’s a Sprinter expert and a natural matchmaker—translating each customer’s lifestyle into the right van and build. His approach is straightforward: cut the noise, build confidence, and get people out adventuring sooner.

Fun fact:
Trevor owns his own Geotrek and uses it as his basecamp for mountain trips and time outside with his dogs.

Ash
Sales Advisor
Ashley keeps Geotrek’s production running tight and energized. As Operations Manager with a background as an aircraft mechanic, she brings serious technical chops paired with relentless momentum. She’s exceptional at rallying the crew around shared output and quality standards—without killing the vibe. Things move faster, cleaner, and happier when Ashley’s in the mix.

Fun fact:
You’ll find Ashley with her wife and fur babies on the trail, bird watching, and dreaming up future homestead life.

Fun fact: Hanna is half Finnish and loves cold weather and saunas. When she’s not on skis, she’s doing pottery or hiking with her dog.

Jeremy leads Geotrek’s interior systems as Director of Interior Systems, blending an engineer’s brain with true hands-on mastery. Often referred to as the wizard in the shop, he turns complex design challenges into clean, durable solutions that actually work in the real world. His mix of sharp intellect and practical build experience drives Geotrek’s research and development forward.
He leads design and production initiatives across vans, cabinetry, and core components—making sure every system is thoughtful, efficient, and built to last.

Fun fact:
When he’s not solving problems in the shop, you’ll find Jeremy hiking, camping, and figuring out life as a new father.

What he loves most about Geotrek is the culture — a fast-growing, passionate community that feels like family.

Matt’s perfect day is simple: camping by a stream, fly fishing, hiking, and maybe even a little bar hopping afterward.

Ryan is the guy who keeps the shop running smoothly behind the scenes. As Parts Manager, he handles everything from purchasing and vendor relations to receiving and organizing parts — making sure every piece is in place when the team needs it. With past experience managing parts for another van conversion company, he brings a sharp eye for logistics and a knack for problem-solving.
What Ryan values most about Geotrek is the culture — and he loves getting out to shows, traveling, and camping during R&D trips with the team.

Outside of work, Ryan is usually behind a camera, combining his love of the outdoors with photography.

Grayson bridges the gap between the shop and the customer. With a background in carpentry and cabinet making, he understands the technical side of the builds, but his real strength is service — supporting owners, solving problems, and making sure every Geotrek van keeps performing long after it leaves the shop.

What Grayson values most about Geotrek is the culture — a fast-growing, energized team that feels more like a community.
