After 300+ builds, we’ve learned a few things.
We’ve listened to your feedback, watched how our vans are used in the real world, and saw a gap in the market for something smarter. More efficient. Easier to get your hands on – without compromising what matters most.
So we built it.
Actually, we built two.
Meet the 2025 Bear Peak and Flatiron — the next evolution of Geotrek. Designed to go further, faster, and fit more seamlessly into the way you live, travel, and explore.
Both are built on the AWD Sprinter 144 and reflect years of hands-on experience — not just ours, but yours too. They’re not stripped-down, mass-produced shells. And they’re not complicated, start-from-scratch customs. They’re premium, ready-to-roll vans that respect your time, your adventures, and your budget.
Here’s what that looks like, starting with Bear Peak.
The 2025 Bear Peak: Built to Go
Bear Peak was born for people who want a clean, gear-ready build that moves fast and stays flexible. It’s got everything you need – and nothing you don’t.
A full-height galley, 24-gallon fresh water tank, MaxxAir fan, and 300Ah lithium battery bank come standard, with plenty of room to upgrade if and when you want. There’s a full-length storage bay under the bed — ready for bikes, boards, bins, and whatever this season throws your way.
But Bear Peak’s magic isn’t in the features. It’s in the mindset.
This is the van for early mornings on trailheads, weeklong climbs, dusty gear bins, and 6am coffee before your next push. It’s easy to clean, quick to load, and always ready to go — whether you’re chasing mileage or still figuring out the route.
Bear Peak is made for real life on the road – not showroom floors.
Tough enough to handle whatever you throw at it. Comfortable enough to make the miles worth it.
The 2025 Flatiron: Built to Stay
If Bear Peak is your go-van, Flatiron is your stay-van.
Same quality. Same Sprinter AWD chassis. Same thoughtful layout DNA. But this one leans a little more into the comforts of staying out longer, getting off-grid farther, and settling into the rhythm of the road.
You’ll get the same 24-gallon fresh tank, a larger 20-gallon gray tank for longer off-grid stays, a second MaxxAir fan, more battery capacity, and an extra row of upper cabinetry for long-haul living. The convertible lounge system gives you plenty of space to relax, sleep, and cook — without rearranging your entire setup every time. And the upgraded galley makes it easy to prep real meals — and actually clean up, without juggling pots in a sink the size of a salad bowl.
Flatiron isn’t about luxury — it’s about longevity. The systems are easy to maintain, intuitive to use, and built to support the way real people actually live on the road.
If you’re working remotely, traveling full-time, or just want a van that feels more like home, this one checks the boxes without overcomplicating the drive.
Why We Built Them
For years, Geotrek was known for our custom work. And we still do it — there’s something special about building a van from the ground up, one person at a time.
But over time, we started to notice the same themes showing up. The same layouts. The same questions. The same core needs.
Bear Peak and Flatiron are our answer to that.
They’re not for everyone. They don’t try to be everything. But for a lot of people — especially those who want to hit the road without spending a year in design — they might just be exactly right.
So here they are. The next evolution of Geotrek. Field-tested. Feedback-driven. And built by the same team who’s been with you since the start.
We’re proud to share them with you.
