Where to Find Geotrek This Summer: 2025 Event + Expo Schedule

Share

This summer, we’re hitting the road – and we want to meet you there. Whether you’re van-curious, ready to build, or just want to peek inside some killer rigs, these events are your chance to connect with the Geotrek team in person, explore our latest builds, and geek out over everything from off-grid systems to cozy cabin upgrades.
Here’s where we’ll be:

June 21–22 | Columbia County Fairgrounds

Saturday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Expect meticulously built 4×4 rigs, custom vans, and enough gear to fuel your next adventure. We’ll be on-site talking builds, solar setups, and the little upgrades that make a van feel like home. Stick around for presentations on tools, off-grid power, and more.

June 27–29 | Deschutes County Expo Center

Friday & Saturday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
This one’s the Super Bowl of the overland world – full of hands-on training, gear demos, and some of the most innovative vehicle builds anywhere. If you’re dreaming of long-range travel or serious off-road capability, this is where you start.

July 12

This high-altitude race rolls through some of Colorado’s most stunning gravel terrain. We’ll be in town to cheer on the riders and show off a few builds ready for two-wheeled (or four-wheeled) adventure. No tickets needed – just bring the stoke.

July 19–20

This isn’t just a gravel race – it’s a two-day celebration of cycling, community, and outdoor living. Stop by the expo for live music, bike demos, a regional maker fair, and a whole lineup of lifestyle brands (like us!) who believe adventure should be functional and fun.

July 26–27 | Buchanan Park Rec Center

Back in Colorado, this event blends high-country views with vanlife culture. Explore 50+ rigs, vote in the DIY build contest, eat good food, sip local brews, and talk shop with the crew behind the vans. It’s vanlife at elevation – and we’ll be there all weekend.
August 22–24 | The Ranch Events Complex
If your dreams include rugged terrain, solar power, and serious independence, this one’s for you. Overland Expo brings together the best gear, the sharpest educators, and some of the most forward-thinking builders in the U.S. We’re showing up ready to talk tech, terrain, and trail life.
September 6–7
A laid-back, PNW-style van gathering full of open builds, live demos, and trail talk. This one’s a favorite for meeting fellow vanlifers, learning something new (solar, water systems, layout tips), and grabbing gear to make your van even better.
September 20–21
Imagine checking out custom Sprinters and 4x4s with Tahoe views in the background. From hands-on installs to rooftop tents and all-season insulation, this show delivers real-world insights on living (and traveling) well in your rig.
October 4–5 | Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park
We’re closing out the season in SoCal style. Come for the DIY build contest, food trucks, and sunny vibes – stay for the epic rigs, laid-back energy, and gear you didn’t know you needed. It’s the perfect place to meet builders, get inspired, and start your next chapter.

See You on the Road

We don’t just build vans – we live in them. And we love connecting with others who believe freedom and comfort should travel together. If you’re thinking about building or upgrading a rig, stop by, ask questions, and get hands-on with the details.
Ready to explore your own build?
We’ll be at every stop, happy to talk layouts, upgrades, and what full-time vanlife really takes. Be sure to check out our new 2025 models — limited builds available.
You don’t want to miss these.
