At Geotrek, every van we deliver teaches us something. Owner feedback, real-world use, and our own obsession with getting the details right drive constant improvements to our lineup. Here’s a look at what we’ve changed recently and why.
Quick-Connect Outdoor Shower with Dual Shower Curtains
The outdoor shower got a meaningful upgrade. It now features a matte black finish to match the other black components throughout the van, and we’ve switched to a quick-disconnect shower head. Instead of wrestling the head back into place, it snaps in and out like an air line connector. Pull up on the collar, insert, done.
We also added a second shower curtain. One of the most common pieces of feedback we heard was that the original single curtain protected you but left your gear and bed exposed. Now you get two curtains, both installing with magnets, both with pockets for soap, flip-flops, and the things you actually need nearby.
Water System Upgrades: Visible Levels and Easy Draining
Two recent additions to the garage water cabinet make a real difference in day-to-day use.
A cabinet light so you can actually see your water level when you’re filling up. And a freshwater drain so winterizing is simple, cleaning your tank doesn’t require running water through the entire plumbing system, and you’re never stuck with stale water sitting in the lines.
Garage Lights Out. Without Leaving Bed.
This one came from real life. You’re in bed, lights off, and you realize the garage light is still on. Getting out of bed, going around the van, turning it off. Nobody wants to do that.
We added a second switch for the garage light so you can cut power without leaving the van. Through the EcoFlow screen, go to DC power and shut it off from where you’re sitting. Small change, big quality of life improvement.
Dimmable Toe-Kick Nightlight
A new dimmable toe-kick light runs underneath the cabinet. It’s a great nightlight for moving around without waking your partner, and like everything else in the van, it’s fully dimmable from the main control pad.
Durable UV-Finished Bamboo Cabinetry for Long-Lasting Use
Our cabinetry is cut and assembled entirely in-house. We’ve upgraded to a UV finish on all bamboo surfaces, which means a more durable finish that holds up to years of cleaning without needing to be refinished. It’s a change you might not notice right away. But you’ll appreciate it over time.
Hassle-Free Sink Window Cover
We heard you on this one. Getting the window cover behind the sink in and out of the gap between the panel and the window was cumbersome. The new solution is a permanently installed cover with a simple zipper on each side. Pull it up, zip it closed, done. When it’s down it folds away neatly and tucks into the gap. No storing a loose cover, no fumbling around.

These are the kinds of details that add up. Every system is a little more intuitive, every trip a little smoother. These updates are the direct result of owner feedback and thousands of miles of real-world use.
